Connected Press, real-time monitoring of the pressing process

The connected press measures various parameters such as pressure, conductivity, etc., in real-time during pressing. This additional information allows for better management of the operation and juice separation.

Data

The press records CSV files that group pressing data: pressure, height/flow rate, axial pressure, and conductivity (folder SAMP01). You can download a sample data (dated 2017) here: Total_08_septembre_2017.zip (0.2MB).

The company also provides the SmartGraphe software, which allows you to visualize and work with the data: SmartGraphe.zip (1.2MB).
